• Severe upper crowding

• Deviated midline due to flared out maxillary right canine

Treatment:

• Comprehensive Invisalign Treatment

• First round was 27 stages with 0.2mm of IPR from distal of 22 to distal of 27

• Second round was 13 stages with 0.3mm of IPR from distal of 22 to distal of 27

• Aligners were changes every 7 days

• Munchies and Acceledent LFV device were used as adjuncts
