• Anterior crowding

Examination: 

• Crowded upper and lower arches

• Chipping/wearing of upper and lower incisors

• No previous history of orthodontics

• Panoramic and clinical examination

Treatment:

• Invisalign Comprehensive Case

• 23 active aligners - 7 day change

• 18 active aligners (refinement) - 7 day change

• Use of red munchie 15 minutes a day

• Lower IPR of 0.5mm from distal of lower left bicupsid to distal of lower right bicuspid

• One refinement

• 4 sets of Vivera retainers

• Total treatment time 11 months
