Ben - 30: 

• Chief Complaint : “I had braces in the past and did not wear my retainer. My smile has been changing for the past ten years and now my front teeth don’t bite properly. It is also uncomfortable to bite and chew.”

Examination: 

• Complete clinical

• Full series radiographs

• Periodontal exam

Evaluation:

• Posterior crossbite (right)

• Anterior crossbite (right)

• Anterior openbite (left)

• Mild-moderate crowding upper and lower

• Class III molar and skeletal (bilaterally)

• Previous extraction of second premolars (ortho)

Treatment:

• Invisalign Comprehensive Treatment

• 14 aligners, IPR from lower left to lower right first molar (mesial)

• 1 Refinement To increase IPR in medial surfaces from lower left to lower right canine.

• Elastics used to improve left canine and posterior occlusion

• Total treatment time: 13 months

• Acceleration:

  • Munchie every on tray insert + additional 20 minutes/daily

  • Propel at start from lower left premolars to lower right premolars.
