• Anterior crowding

Chief Complaints:

• "I hate the gap between my teeth!"

Examination: 

• The gap was continually getting worse between #8 and 9.

• Patient had a history of ortho.

Evaluation:

• Lower anteriors were going to present a challenge as she did have heavy anterior occlusion.

Treatment:

• IPR and anterior intrusion using munchies provided a predictable and efficient outcome.

• A bonded lingual retained was added to prevent relapse in the future.
