Dr. Darley grew up in Oviedo, Florida, where he attended Oviedo High School and the University of Central Florida.

Dr. Darley received a Doctor of Dental Medicine Degree at Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine in Fort Lauderdale. After dental school, Dr. Darley was selected as a resident in one of the nation's most competitive and comprehensive general dentistry residencies, the Advanced Education in General Dentistry program at the Orlando VA Medical Center.

As a resident, he received advanced training in dental implants, bone grafting, periodontal and oral surgery, working alongside dental specialists to provide optimal dental care to veterans.
