Ronald:

Examination: 

  • Complete Clinical exam...

    • Hard tissue, Soft tissue/ Full Perio Chart, Head and Neck, Oral Cancer, Sleep OSA screen, TMJ exam

  • Full Mouth Series X-rays, Dental Health Scan 3-D image with Itero

 

Evaluation:

  • Pt has no pain, no clicking no popping of TMJ

  • Slight gingivitis especially localized to the lower anterior area

  • Large diastema between central incisors

  • Undersized lateral incisors with Diastemas

  • Deep bite

  • Lower Right premolar significantly out of the arch form

  • Heavy Anterior contacts and fremitus

  • Class II Molar and Canine on the Right and Class III molar and canine occlusion on the left • Signs of failing restorations

Treatment:

  • Gingivitis Therapy

  • Comprehensive Ortho with Invisalign

    • Initial Treatment 26 total Aligners - 23 Upper active aligners, 19 lower active aligners and 4 passive aligners, 3 over correction aligners
