First round was 27 stages with 0.2mm of IPR from distal of 22 to distal of 27
Second round was 13 stages with 0.3mm of IPR from distal of 22 to distal of 27
Aligners were changes every 7 days
Munchies and Acceledent LFV device were used as adjuncts
