  • “Lower crowding, getting worse over time”

Examination: 

  • Constricted V-shaped arches

  • Stepped Md anterior occlusal plane

  • Chipping/wearing of Md central incisors

  • Lingual tipping of bicuspids and first molars

  • No previous history of orthodontics

Treatment:

  • Invisalign Moderate - 15 active aligners with 0.2 to 0.5 anterior IPR with 3 overcorrection and virtual c-chain, followed by recontouring

  • No refinements, refinement declined and/or not required

  • Mx and Md anterior lingual fixed wire retention canine to canine bonded to every tooth

  • 4 sets of vivera retainers

  • Total treatment time was 4.5 months from insertion to vivera delivery.
