• Ortho Consult: Recommended long term traditional ortho and implant for #10 space.
• AACA Colleague Consult: Refer to ortho and follow recommended plan OR do Invisalign camouflaging #11 as #10 and #12 as #11 with lower incisor EXT to address crowding.
• Wax up case on models, direct composite mock up on patient’s dentition.
• Pt Consult: Risks, Benefits, Alternatives discussed. Patient not interested in traditional ortho or implant. Patient elected Invisalign option extracting #23 and using enameloplasty and bonding to camouflage missing #10.
Evaluation:
• Upper arch missing lateral #10.
• Lower arch advanced lower anterior crowding with rotated canines.
