Examination: 

  • CBCT

  • FMX

  • Panoramic film

  • Comprehensive clinical and perio evaluation

Evaluation:

  • Upper arch spacing

  • Lower arch crowding

  • Localized gingivitis associated with moderate crowding of lower anterior

  • 5.1mm diastema as quantified by Itero scan

Treatment:

  • Comprehensive Invisalign Case

  • Initial treatment of 29 aligners with 7 day change

  • Just one refinement of 7 aligners with 7 day change

  • Red Munchies used 15 minutes twice daily

  • Take home whitening using Opalescence in aligners

  • Total treatment time: 8 ½ months

  • Upper arch fixed retention using Reliance Orthodontic retention wire with Invisalign retainers to fit over lingual retention

  • Lower Invisalign retainer
