Mark, Age 50
Chief Complaints:
Anterior crossbite
Examination:
Comprehensive Examination w/ no restorative or periodontal concerns
Evaluation:
Slight Class III molar occlusion, 1-2 mm upper anterior crowding, 3-4 mm lower anterior spacing
Treatment:
Initial treatment included 47 aligners with movement at half speed and aligners were worn for 4 days each.
One refinement was added to extrude and align tooth #27 over the course of 5 aligners at 1 week per aligner.
Total treatment time was 8 1/2 months.
Patient wore Invisalign retainers for the first year and has since been wearing Vivera retainers with annual change out.
