  • Chief Complaint: "Crowding and broken front tooth"

Examination:

  •  Crowding on anterior upper and lower, poor occlusion, no anterior guidance/coupling, traumatic posterior occlusion.

Treatment:

  • Invisalign + Restorative

  • Invisalign: 22 trays with no munchies, no acceleration.

  • Refinement – 18 trays, Munchies (orange 15 min 3x/day), no acceleration.

  • Restorative:  Anterior composite to improve anterior coupling and guidance.

  • Retention: Lower lingual bar, upper and lower clear plastic retainers.
