Anterior crowding
Chief Complaints:
Spacing, occlusion, esthetics
Examination:
The case looked simple at first, but after the patient got veneers to try to compensate for malocclusion a few years ago, radiographs revealed bigger challenges.
Anticipated doing several refinements working with her schedule but worried about patient burnout.
Evaluation:
Consulted colleagues on pre-treatment X-rays.
I was skeptical about great success, but she is a friend in my peer group. I knew that “some improvement” would be a win that we could share with our group of friends. All of them are interested, if not, desperately needing orthodontic care.
Treatment:
Over 30 Aligners and compliance assistance with her busy life.
Prepared for several refinements.
