Dr. Rea Corley grew up working in dental offices as her father was a dental consultant. She learned early on the importance of patient communication and education was instrumental to a dental offices success.
She went to University of the Pacific Arthur A Dugoni school of dentistry and graduated in 2007. While in dental school she was fortunate to be selected for the Invisalign training program.
After graduating, Dr. Corley returned to San Diego and was an associate for 5 years under a dentist with a large private practice.
In 2012 she purchased her own dental practice and not only inherited patients but many Invisalign cases mid treatment. Dr. Corley was continuing her Invisalign education getting more comfortable doing Invisalign treatments but was unable to push through the silver (occasional gold) barrier. This all changed in Feb 2023 after she attended Dr. Galler’s Reingage 1 class and came back from the class on a mission. By the end of 2023 she was a Platinum provider. She continued to move forward with education and success and became a Diamond Provider at the end of 2024.
The thing she realized through her own journey and struggles of success is we are provided with so many classes on how to be clinically better or how to get more patients in the door but there was a serious lacking in education about how to talk to patients and use all this amazing technology at our fingertips to get our patients to ask us for treatment.
She has a 3 operatory practice in San Diego and she is constantly growing her Invisalign with no plateau in sight. Her tried and true techniques, conversation starters, and optimizing iTero will help your practice to grow your own Invisalign department.
In her free time she is at her 2 sons sports games (baseball, soccer, basketball, football) traveling, working out (she completed her first triathlon in 2024) or at country concert.
