Dr. Ashley Keen-Ramirez is from Lakewood Ranch, FL. She graduated from Louisiana State University School of Dentistry in 2013 and started her Invisalign journey with Dr. Galler in 2018. She is a board member of the American Academy of Clear Aligners and is honored to accept this Fellowship. She is supported by her loving husband, Andrew, and their two adorable children, Paisley and AJ.  

Barb Shearer has practiced dentistry in the east end of Toronto for 33 years.  

For decades dentists have tried to restore teeth in impossible situations with poor, unstable results. Now we set the stage first with Invisalign and get a beautiful, healthy smile- it is simply miraculous.

Shout out to Dr. Galler, who got us all fired up, to Janice Lo for all the great deals, to Sheena Sood for her positive, generous presence on WhatsApp, and to study club president Alvin Lo, for lookin' so good. Love this group.

Dr. Bianca Boji is a native of Metro Detroit and graduated from dental school in 2016. She took her practice from Silver to Platinum Plus in just 8 months! The best part is that she has been able to maintain this status over and over. She took Reingage in 2018 and has been in love with the AACA since! She is a mother of 2 beautiful daughters and is expecting a baby boy in the Fall!

Dr. Cara Lund practices at Lund Dental Associates in Stoneham, MA with her father Dr. William Lund. In her former life, she worked in finance in New York City at Goldman Sachs before applying to dental school on pure gut instinct. Thankfully, her gut did not lead her astray. She and her husband Dave have 3 children: Caroline, Dave Jr., and William. Cara's perfect day would consist of a long morning bike ride, a day out on the waters of Cape Cod, and a family dinner capped off with board games and Swedish Fish.

Dr. Chelsea Mortell Petisme graduated from Oregon Health & Science University School of Dentistry in 2012. Born and raised in the Seattle area, she practices in Kirkland, Washington. Chelsea has owned as many as 6 offices at once with multiple associates over the last 10 years. She is a platinum Invisalign provider, an Align speaker, GRC 2022 speaker, AACA Seattle Study Club member, and AACA board member. She resides in Kenmore, Washington with her husband, Vince and two young children, Georgiana and Vince Jr. After receiving her fellowship, her next goal is to break 90 on the golf course this summer! 

I am very grateful to receive this award, but also deeply aware that it doesn’t really belong to me, but to the many people that have supported me throughout my entire life and career. First and foremost, my amazing wife Anca, who has been my rock throughout times both wonderful and terrible. Of course, thank you to my parents, brilliant daughter and loyal friends. But the day-by-day work of hands and minds that made this specific award possible belongs to my incredible staff. I humbly thank you all!

Danielle Woo is proud to be a founding “Gallerite” in the first class, “Straight Up!”

She states, “Never have I been surrounded by so many amazing dentists, willing to help each other in the darkest times and also to celebrate each others’ victories. 

When not running a practice of 18 women, she is kept in line at home by two little women, daughters Emma and Grace, who have grown up watching mommy doing clinchecks and will likely never date anyone with severe anterior crowding or a 100% deep bite.

Dr. Lawen has proudly been an Invisalign provider since 2006. 

After Reingage with Dr. Galler in 2015, his Invisalgn practice reached new levels. 

He was recognized as an Invisalign Platinum provider from 2019 to 2020, a Diamond provider in 2021 and has now achieved a Diamond Plus provider level. 

He has owned his practice, Lawen Dentistry, for the last 15 years and the practice has grown to an amazing team of 20 dedicated staff.  

Outside of work,  Dr. Lawen loves spending time with his wife Olivia, and their 3 incredible boys.

Dr. Eric Dendinger practices in Norfolk, Nebraska with Family First Dental Associates.  Aside from working chairside, he also serves on the management team, acting as a clinical leader and Invisalign trainer for this group of 30 dentists.  He has been an invisalign provider since 2011,  attended Galler Reingage in 2015, and was also a top 10 case finalist for the 2021 AACA Golden Aligners Competition.  Dr. Dendinger is married to Vicky, who is an RN, and they have 3 children; Cameron, Colbie and Corinne.  When not doing dentistry he plays keyboards and sings in numerous rock and blues bands.

Dr. Faline Davenport grew up working in her Aunt’s ortho practice and loved invisalign from the start! She’s been an invisalign provider since 2003 and took Reingage in November of 2017! Best course EVER! She loves creating beautiful smiles and loves the AACA. She is married to her skydiving-husband George and has two amazing daughters: Margaret and Kelsey and two lovable German shepherds!

Fei-Ya Hu has more than 20 years of clinical experience and she works at a private practice with her husband, Dr. Liu in San Jose, California since 2006. Her passion of Orthodontics drove her to earn this award, and she would like to thank her husband for his support for this achievement.

Dr. Frances H. Yankie practices General, family, and cosmetic dentistry in Mill Valley, California. She has enjoyed providing care for her patients since 1995. Dr. Yankie currently lives in Marin County with her two sons Riley and Cole. Her interests outside of dentistry include love of family and friends, physical fitness (nutrition, horseback riding, biking, swimming), spirituality and personal development, history, science, and travel.

Dr. Heidi Finkelstein practices in Plantation, Florida.  She began her Invisalign journey when she took the Reingage course in 2014 and has now become a leading doctor in her area.  She is a proud member of the the Miami AACA study club. Dr. Finkelstein loves using Invisalign as a precursor to restoring beautiful smiles with minimally invasive techniques. She is married to her amazing husband Matt and has a son named Dash and a baby girl on the way!

Dr. Jamie Mellert Houck is a fourth generation USC trained dentist who has the joy of working alongside her father in Torrance, California. She is blessed to be married to her best friend Tim and mommy to two toddlers Jayden and Carter. She is passionate about creating confident smiles with Invisalign, and she is honored to receive this award today.

Dr. Jim Olsen has achieved Diamond level this year as a solo dentist. His occlusion focused practice combines TMJ and Invisalign treatments with general dentistry to give his patients a healthy smile and a healthy life. 

He is thankful for Dr. David Galler and Dr. Michael Wollock for guiding his practice to new heights so that he can enjoy more travel and time on the golf course with his family and friends.

Dr Kristen Ritzau graduated top of her class from the UCLA School of Dentistry.

Together with her husband Cory, she founded Shoreline Dental Studio in her hometown of San Clemente, California.

Her accolades include being named as a Top 40 under 40 Dentist by Incisal Edge Magazine, one of America's Fastest Growing Private Businesses by Forbes INC 5000 list, as well as one of the Best Places to Work for 4 years in a row by the Orange County Business Journal. 

Dr Ritzau most recently achieved Diamond Status with Invisalign and is the leader of the Orange County AACA study club. She credits much of her growth to her mentor Dr Galler and the support of the AACA family.

When not creating smiles, you can find Kristen with her children Hayley and Hunter playing sports, surfing at the beach and spending time together as a family.

Dr. Kristin Horman was blessed to discover the wonders of Invisalign within one year of graduating from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry in 2003.  

Over the years, she has made Invisalign the focus of her practice - and would have never achieved Diamond + status without the Reingage course, the AACA, and the support of her incredible dental team. 

Dr. Horman has a passion for creating beautiful smiles, but her true source of joy comes from her husband - Marshall, their twins - Avery & Aiden, and all the fun they have together. 

In 2022, they’ll have even MORE adventures together, as the entire family is embarking on Invisalign treatment!  Wish them luck!

Dr. Laurentis Barnett was born and raised in Florence, Al. At the early age of six, dentistry was placed in his heart by going to work with his grandmother and the dentist teaching him how to count teeth on typodonts. Dr. Barnett pursued his dream and went to Meharry Medical College because it embodied the life he wanted to live which was service of a God through service of mankind.  Dr. Barnett now practices in Madison, Al, also serves as a Pastor, and is an avid Alabama Fan!  Roll Tide!

Dr. Lindsey Zeboski lives and practices in North Platte, Nebraska. She is now a Platinum Invisalign provider and has served as a Key Opinion Leader for the AACA for the past 5 years.  She loves helping her patients look and feel better by giving them the smile of their dreams with orthodontics and of course, Invisalign! 

Hello, my name is Dr. Madhuri Vanama a graduate of the University of Southern California practicing in WA state for the last 18 yrs.

The last 6 years have been by far the most exciting, and truly fulfilling years of practicing dentistry. Each year learning and implementing new modalities of treatments like Invisalign,  Digital smile design, Healthy start, and Fotona laser have helped me provide comprehensive care.

I want to thank my husband Venu for his many sacrifices and unwavering support to help me pursue my dreams. Outside of the dental practice, I enjoy traveling and spending time with my family.

I truly feel blessed to be part of The AACA family and I want to give special thanks to Dr. Galler for teaching me Invisalign and helping me change lives.

Dr. Mark Anderson is a native of New Orleans and the owner of Mid-City Smiles Family Dentistry.  Although he received traditional straight-wire braces training and Invisalign certification early in his career, Dr. Anderson credits Dr. David Galler’s Reingage course in early 2019 for his renewed interest and practice’s resurgence in Invisalign. 

Dr. Anderson is currently a Diamond provider. He is the Co-Chair of the New Orleans AACA Study Club and earlier today was officially inducted as an AACA Board member. In addition to his passion for Invisalign, Dr. Anderson’s other love is Sports Dentistry, serving as the official team dentist of the NBA’s New Orleans Pelicans.

Dr. Michael Gelfand believes in leading by example through hard work and a positive mindset.  When he isn’t aligning and brightening the smiles of his patients, he spends time traveling with his wife and 3 children. He is proud of the practice he and his partners have built over the past 17 years. He always loves new projects and knows that this is only the beginning of what can be achieved. 

Dr. Michele Nielsen is a Business owner, wife and mom of 2 boys located in Richmond, BC, Canada. She has been an Invisalign provider since 2007. Taking Reingage in 2017 ignited her passion for improving alignment to both improve the oral health and overall health of her patients. Dr. Michele would like to thank her team and her husband, Chris, who are here today, for all their support in helping her reach her goals.

Dr. Michele Ranta started her Invisalign career in 2009, when she met Dr. David Galler learned how to do IPR.

Since then, she has been fearlessly stripping on teeth while her passion and expertise in Invisalign treatment continues to reach new heights.

Currently, she is a part of the Align faculty and an AACA mentor known as the ClinCheck Cowgirl.

Michele proudly holds the title of the only applicant to ever score 100% on the Fellowship exam.

She is supported by her amazing team at her practice in Austin, Texas who allows her to travel the world and do even more ClinChecks!

Dr. Mina Levi - born and raised in Bulgaria - Southeastern Europe. She went to dental school in Bulgaria and Germany and moved to the US in 2002. Started practicing in San Francisco in 2008 after getting her American dental license through UCLA. Her current passion in dentistry is Digital Smile Design and 3D printing. In her open time she enjoys skiing, kiteboarding and macro photography.

Dr. Mithila Sharma was born and raised in India. She graduated from the University of California, San Francisco in 2013 and has since been practicing at Aspen Dental where she started her Invisalign career with Dr. Galler in 2018. She now has 4 practices in the Chicago area and recently became a Diamond Invisalign provider!  She is supported in her journey by her loving husband Steven and her notorious dog Dexter! :) 

Dr. Muzzie Jaffari started team dental and practices in Philadelphia, New Jersey and New York City.  He focuses on education and providing comprehensive dentistry to his patients with Invisalign being a cornerstone of his treatment philosophy. He's a platinum Invisalign provider. For fun he does the Wim Hof Method and spending time with his 5 year old son.

Dr Reem Salam  is an invisalign provider since 2015, she acquired the reingage in Nov 2019, and achieved Gold provider that year. Reem is married to Dr Sahib who also helps her run her dental practice in Rockwood Ontario. They are blessed with 2 kids, who together with the husband want to add a puppy to the family.

Dr. Robin Lucas, a graduate of Temple University, has been practicing for 27 years, 22 of which have been in her Hoboken NJ offices. A mother of 3, she enjoys dancing, karaoke and traveling. Dr Lucas believes in having no regrets so after prayerful consideration she approaches each day with an attitude of "LET'S GO ALL IN". She credits her success to her very supportive husband James, her past, present and future dental team members, and of course the AACA.

Dr Sarah Pless founded and owns Renaissance Dental Studio in Wilmington, North Carolina—a venture kickstarted after attending Reingage with Dr David Galler. Celebrating 10 years providing Invisalign services this month, she recently ticked off a bucket list item marrying her British Royal Family and Harry Styles interests by presenting to a group of London Invisalign dentists.  She is happy to be joined this week by her Renaissance Rads: Denise, Christine, and Megan—and the smartest man in the world, Nate Dogg, with whom she shares 2 little ones, Marin and Teddy.

For the past 11 years, Dr. Wince has owned and operated his dental practice, Wince Family Dental Associates, in rural Central Kansas. He started his Invisalign journey in 2017 and is now the leading solo GP provider of Invisalign in Central and Western, Kansas. In his spare time, he loves spending time with the love of his life, Mandy, and his 3 amazing children Ian, Emme, and Olivia.

Dr Stuart Schreiber is the owner of a multidisciplinary dental practice in the Wall Street area of Manhattan.

His involvement with Invisalign began 20 years ago.  Dr Schreiber fondly remembers being inspired by Dr Galler at his earliest presentations, even before the gallerites inhabited the earth.

He feels blessed to have his son as his dental partner and to be able to explore the world with his children and grandchildren.

Dr. Susan Ellison practices in Houston, Texas where she had the good fortune of being added to the Reingage course with the Houston Drillerz by her Invisalign rep when there was a last-minute cancellation.  Not knowing what she was getting into turned into being a life changing event.  She then was in the first Diamond Club Makers Graduating Class in 2021 with Dr. Michael Wollock and increased her overall production by another 66% that year.  She is grateful for Dr Galler and Dr Phil Gaudin  for the Fellowship opportunity and Dr Michael Wollack and all of the amazing members of the AACA for their contribution.
