Examination: 

• CBCT

• iTero digital scan

• Full mouth series

• Comprehensive clinical exam

• Perio exam

Evaluation:

• Noted that the patient is very timid and does not engage actively during the initial visit & examination. Her eyes looked sad.

• Bilateral cross bite with severe crowding.

• Due to crowding, gingival health is compromised.

Treatment:

• Comprehensive Invisalign Case

• Clincheck was approved in March 2020, but due to Covid shutdown, patient did not start until May 2020.

• Acceleration: MOPs and red Munchie 15 mins per day x 4 (Munchie Madness)

• Phase 1: 17 trays @ 14 day change

• Refinement in January 2021 to align #23 @ 7 day change

• Patient completed treatment in Feb 2021.

• Total treatment: 9 months

• Finishing touches: E-plasty, Gingivectomy #6-11 using the Fotona Lightwalker and chairside bleaching.
