How I Keep My Practice Thriving Without External Advertising

Maintaining a thriving, by referral-only, FFS practice for the last 6 years without external advertising does take some effort and creativity. To be a patient in my office is like being part of an exclusive club with only so many members. I will share with you how myself and my team create an environment where patients feel important, loved and cared for. Ideas for doctors and team members will be given to make your office “THE” office. How to focus on improving treatment acceptance of comprehensive dentistry rather than running in the dentistry hamster wheel.

Course objectives:

  • Teach/review the concept of “managing up” and why this is critical to your office’s success.

  • Sharing of ideas that have helped set my office apart from the competition- your team’s critical roles in whether you sink or swim.

  • Consider if you want to be an office that does more comprehensive dentistry on less people.
