My journey to do more of the Dentistry I love and less I don’t – how I transitioned my small solo GP practice to one where I only treat Sleep and Invisalign

When the pandemic hit–I was already heading towards burnout–graduating from dental school 19 years ago and running a solo 4 op practice. I was ready for retirement. After getting my first Itero and taking Reingage in March 2021–my whole life and career began to change. Learn how I changed my practice from one that was heading towards burnout to one that has the freedom to do whatever I want.

Course Objectives

To show how I went from a small 4 op solo practice to a 6 op practice with multiple associates only doing the dentistry that I love. It’s never too late to meet your goals.
