He received his bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan. He graduated Columbia University College of Dental Medicine. He spent two years in a residency at Cornell Medical School and New York Presbyterian Hospital.
Dr. Paek believes learning and mastering his craft is a lifelong committment. He has attended numerous seminars and conferences to stay in the forefront of the dental profession. Most notably, he graduated from a masters program at the Kois Center for Dentistry. When he graduated he joined only 1139 graduates worldwide in its 30 year history.
He is also a fellow of the American Academy of Clear Aligners (AACA). When he was awarded his Fellowship he was one of only 72 fellows worldwide. He is a Platinum Plus Invisalign provider. He is also the president of the New York City Study Club for Invisalign and serves as a board member for the AACA.
Dr. Paek is also a graduate of the Oasis Implant Academy and a member of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, which recognizes his skill and knowledge in performing dental surgical procedures.
He is certified in laser dentistry and CEREC same day crown technology.
