Steven Forsythe is the Executive Director of the American Academy of Clear Aligners. He is extremely passionate about helping Doctors continue their personal and professional growth, allowing them to create more smiles! He has 11 + years of operational dentistry experience working in both large DSO’s and private practice. His biggest accomplishments are receiving awards for largest EBITDA % over budget & lowest overall turnover in each position for 2019.

He is happily married to an amazing Diamond Invisalign Provider, Dr. Mithila Sharma. They both share the love of travel and their goofy dog, Dexter!
