Previously, Dr. Kolts was the COO of Verber Dental Group and CEO of Northwest Dental Group. Dr. Kolts’ expertise includes maximizing operational and provider efficiencies while maintaining exceptional clinical outcomes. He frequently speaks at industry events, and has contributed to multiple articles, podcasts, and webinars. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Penn State and graduated from the University of Minnesota’s School of Dentistry. He is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, the American College of Healthcare Executives, and the Healthcare Financial Management Association.
