How to Deal With the Toxic Employee In the Office

Having to deal with a negative employee is toxic. Their behavior is toxic and the negative influence can become a cancer in the office. Sometimes, these employees have skills that fulfill their job duties but their personality can be treacherous.

Course Objectives

This course will focus on how to reverse the negativity they exude and bring them back to light. It will also provide a framework for how to ‘cut the cancer out’ if that is what the ‘Surgeon’ recommends.
